You are able to remove items from your order only, for a short while after the order has been placed. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to amend the order.
Should you need to cancel your order, you may only do so if it has not already been fulfilled by our orders team.

For orders within the UK please allow: 1-2 Business Days.
For orders within Europe please allow: Express Delivery: 1-2 Business Days. Standard Delivery: 3-7 Business Days.
For international orders please allow: 3-5 Business Days.

For International and Express Deliveries, please visit the DHL Portal to select which Service Point works best for you. DHL will contact you to let you know when your order is ready to be collected and the timeframe you will have to pick it up. Please remember to bring a form of ID.

For UK and Standard Deliveries (in Europe), via DPD, arrange a collection by clicking on the “Pickup Link” in your shipping email or text from DPD. You can then select “Collect from Pickup Shop” to choose a convenience Pickup Location.
You may change the delivery date, arrange a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or arrange a drop off at a local shop.

For Express DHL deliveries only. If you would prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement through the courier’s portal.

Please be aware if you remove the signature from your delivery, Pepa London is not liable for any losses.
Orders placed between 1st of December and the 24th of December can be returned up to the 23rd of January 2025
Kindly reach out to Pepa London within 14 days of estimated delivery date, and we will coordinate with the courier to begin an investigation and determine the best resolution.

f you are dissatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your item. If 28 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
